k so here is the tutorial how to make rounded icons.
(n.b: I use photoshop cs4)
1st. Open the image
2nd. Click 'Elliptical Marquee Tool'
3rd. Hold the left click and make circle around the image like this;
4th. Click 'New'
(the Background Contents must be transparent! Width & Height are optional)
5th. Move the circle in to the new layer.
---
6th. Crop / resize to the size you want and voila you're done :) !!!
